Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Echo mobile application and the Echo website at echo-audit.pages.dev (together, "Echo"). By using Echo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Echo.

1. What Echo does

Echo helps you turn the photos and videos already on your phone into content worth posting — resurfacing memories, guiding your shots, building reels, and providing a growth audit of your social profile. The in-app analysis of your photos, videos and location runs on your device. The optional web audit reads screenshots you choose to upload, in your browser, and analyzes only the extracted text.

2. Echo Pro subscription

Echo offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, "Echo Pro", which unlocks features such as unlimited reel exports, removal of Echo branding, automatic hooks, the ongoing growth engine (action and recalibration), and the Orbit feature beyond its free trial.

• Plans and price: Echo Pro is offered as a monthly plan and a discounted annual plan. The exact price is shown in the app before you purchase and is charged in your local currency.
• Free trial: where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Billing & auto-renewal: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing & cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Unused portions of a free trial, if any, are forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

3. Free tier

Echo's free tier includes a limited number of full-quality reel exports per week, a one-time profile audit, and a time-limited trial of certain features. These limits are part of the service and may be adjusted over time. Usage limits are tracked on your device and are intended to persist across reinstalls.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your photos, videos and the content you create with Echo. Echo does not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for the content you capture, create and share, and for ensuring you have the rights to it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Echo, including by attempting to circumvent usage limits or subscription controls, reverse-engineering the app, or using it to infringe others' rights or to violate any law or any platform's terms. Echo does not scrape or automate access to any social platform.

6. Disclaimers

Echo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Growth results from using Echo are not guaranteed and depend on many factors outside Echo's control. The audit and its recommendations are informational and are not professional, financial, or marketing advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo and its creator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of Echo. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of Echo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
